Not the Texas I visited! I have vacationed in Harlingen and San Antonio three or four different times. I’ve not experienced any evidence of “driving friendly” on the part of the Texans. They speed, hog the road, and “flip-off” the tourists. While Texans may still be part of the USA, they are anything but model citizens. And then there’s Tom DeLay! One of Texas’ famous crooks and liars.
