Steele comments, properly interpreted, were just repeating what President Obama (and most Dem’s) were saying during the campaign – that we should abandon Iraq and concentrate on Afghanistan. I don’t see how anyone would imply (and expect anyone to believe) that Obama initiated the war in Afghanistan, or to even think that was what he was implying.
