    You’re joking, right? The interpretations of the constitution has been wildly re-interpreted several times since its inception by both parties.Small government ‘interpretations’ are based off of intentional Constitutional law, not a fluxing interpretation. Try to understand the language of the constitution as it was meant to be understood back in its day, not what FDR’s supreme court decided to change to expand his new deal.
